I have Office installed on two computers. One computer started asking if I wanted to try a free trial ofwhich I declined. You cannot use the Product Key to reinstall Office. It can only be used once to install first time. Then reinstall from your Office Account. Each version of office WAS originally activated with their own activation code.

It tells me the product code doesn't work, and running a repair didn't solve the problem, nor did an online repair, nor a full unistall and re-install. The free trial of is not visible under programs in control panel so I assume it is not the problem.
